1. There is a length limit on question but it is not specified – error is that it is too long but does not say how many characters
2. Title Tips – suggest the title is like the subject in an email whist the question is the email body?
3. Went to Tag link (https://answers.sap.com/questions/metadata/16540/sap-grc-role-expert-for-sap-netweaver.html) and chose button Display All Content – resulted in a broken link (tried to redirect via http://go.sap.com/community/tag.html?id=01200314690800000196)

Documents/Archive

1. Search issues for some documents? Cannot find mine from GRC areas. If I go to my profile and look at existing documents, I cannot see the current listing. For example, Design Considerations to reduce Password Self Service (PSS) Intruder Risk does not appear in searching for GRC. Also, trying to search with description MSMP does not return the document MSMP - Multi Step Multi Process – GRC’s answer to Workflow Configuration Flexibility

Hi Colleen,

1: Thanks, currently it is 255, but we got feedback from more channels that it is too much, so we are considering reducing it and showing a counter.

2: Apart from the title tips, there will be some additional guidance text in the sidebar on the ask page.

3: Could you please try again and send more info (browser, etc) if it is still not working? I see the tag page and your question on it correctly.

Unless login does not occur as switching from accounts400.sap to accounts.sap? When I do manually login, it still has USA as my region (I would have assumed my account should set region based on my country). Anyway, not sure if go.sap.com is part of this BETA scope

Yeah, accounts400 is a different landscape for testing than the production on accounts.sap. go.sap.com will be partially part of testing, there will be a separate submenu under the Community navigation labeled Beta.

Hi Colleen,

Regarding the archived documents: At go-live, non-SAP documents are going to be migrated to WordPress as blogs. For beta, they will be in the archive. However, right now, they haven't gone anywhere. We're aware of this issue and will have an update soon.
