I've just started getting the above error when trying to navigate within SCN using Chrome. IE11 is fine. I've experienced it on two different computers.

I have the same issue. I got this error since ~february. I just use another browser, but it is really annoying.

EDIT: The link above, especially deleting cache and local files (without loosing my history etc.) was my saviour
