Has anyone produced a working feed from the SAP support portal to notify them of application / functional updates, statutory changes, new solutions, etc.?
I'd like to have something similar and would welcome any help in setting one up; or being shown how someone else has done it.

You might want to take this question directly to SAP Support. An e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org could be a good start.

I don't know about RSS but apparently there is some kind of WhatsApp list. See details here.
Add Support tag too, that's where most support portal / Launchpad content seems to reside.
