Attachment on SAP ECC from Legacy System

We have a legacy system that creates a Purchasing Requisition on SAP through direct RFC calls to the standard BAPIs.

Now we need to attach a file of any kind (xls, txt, pdf...) that comes from the legacy system to our PR.

The legacy can provide us the file in any way we want.

What would you suggest to do in order to transfer this file to SAP and attach it to our PR?

Hai,

It will better to make it as a .pdf file, you can also print the output as .pdf using PDF printer drivers.

Also look better than .xls and .txt.
