Ask a question is not user friendly

The search works well enough, but if the customers question isn't answered, there is no question submission from that point.  I had to clear out the search bar and enter the keyword again to get the Ask a question: keyword option again.  Shouldn't there be a navigation button once the search is done.

The search result page will eventually have the universal header containing all the common navigational elements as found on webpages.
