Generally speaking, we use Google Chrome as our default browser at work for Email and Google Docs. A couple of weeks ago I started noticing that I couldn't access the SAP Marketplace (service.sap.com) using Chrome. I could still access it using IE (I'm using v10) with the same exact passport certificates I used on Chrome. The only thing I can think of is that Chrome has updated itself and is no longer compatible. The current version of Chrome (as of this posting) is Version31.0.1650.63 m. Does anyone have any insight into this?

I do not really see any difference between Internet Explorer and Google in regard to the service market place. On some days it is just awful to get access.
Do you use favorites? If yes, is your favorite just service.sap.com/notes or is it to this specific server https://websmp108.sap-ag.de/notes
If you use the generic URL service.sap.com/notes then just click your favorite again and you are usually taken to the next server if the one you got initially is down.

Jurgen, thanks for the reply. I don't have a bookmark set for the Market Place. When I enter the URL I always enter service.sap.com but it ends up taking me to the https://websmp205.sap-ag.de/notes or another URL like that (the number changes). I'm really at a loss of what the problem is.
It's best to bookmark with the domain service.sap.com: this will take you to the server you are assigned to for the visit (e.g. websmp205.sap-ag.de = #205)
At the same time, SCN Support can't help you with issues on Service Marketplace so please visit http://service.sap.com/access-support and open a ticket there. There's also the incident wizard: http://service.sap.com/sap/support/message
