Anyone can edit a WIKI page?

I'm just curious and would like to verify if anyone can edit a wiki page? If yes, how to do it? Can't see any EDIT button in a wiki page..

Yes, I can. Make sure you are logged in. The automatic login did not work for me, and the edit option was not present until I clicked the link to log in.
