Any Solution to: An error has occurred in the script on this page ???

I search the world over for a solution to an error that I get every time I load the date select calendar.  The search has been fruitless.  The error I get is: An error has occurred in the script on this page. ???  It refers to a prompting1.html (several directories deep).

Can anyone help me resolve this issue.  None of the solution I tried from the web seem to work.
