Hi,
I would like to know is there any way we can save our signature instead of typing per every query/reply?
Regards,
Nick Loy
Request clarification before answering.
On the other hand, having a signature file might encourage people to include personal information like e-mail addresses or phone numbers, or things like "Thanks in advance" or "do the needful" or "points assured".
How much trouble is it to type...
Rob
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
For each and every locked threads, we manually update as to why it is locked and imagine, how difficult it isI agree Lakshmipathi, Your (Moderator's) contribution is always dificult than a indifidual contributor's job.
But to make the things smooth why don't we have this option on SDN?
It helps to moderators also - You can look at only the content of the thread instead of looking from top to bottom.

Hi Rob,
I agree with you, but I don't think it creates lot of work/issues to moderators if you design a standard signature like below.
Regards (Or whatever, it is fixed for every contributor),
Name of the contributor.
So for contributors - No need to type their signature every time
For moderators - They can moderate only the content
*Yes, it's a tough job to type the signature everytime if you are replying more queries.

A signature option would be a nice feature! I wish there was something like that.

I don't think so. If there is, it's been very well hidden.
