What exactly happened that caused the MASS Exodus ?

Hundreds of questions marked "Former Member".

Why is that ?

you should actually know the answer as you have taken action while others have decided not to take action until they need us again to get their problem solved. Some may even feel relieved that their profile is no longer seen for some questions.

When did you give consent? Immediately after the first email or only right before posting this question?

It is caused by the GDPR regulation and how SAP decided to implement it, see the blogs

No, i did not know about the switch that took place back, nor i noticed the post from March 2018, as i was dormant for a while.

I never gave consent, and i am not too sure if my profile is hidden at your end, or you can still see my avatar?

You would not be able to post content, if your profile was set to "private". 😉 So at some time you must have set the option to stay visible in your profile. If not, something is not working as intended.

May be you are right. All i know i was on the road at the time of the year. May be i did, and i forgot about it.
