This morning Alert Moderator (the UI) seems broken. I'm using Chrome 38. See the attachment.
This appears sometimes but it does work (i.e. Moderator Alert will be received).
We never traced why it happens.

First time it has happened for me and believe me I'm a heavy user of the Alert Moderator link... I'll keep this unanswered so that we can track it unless you want me to close it.
I had it too this morning, it happens occasionally andi could not identify any pattern till now. I am certain I had it with Internet Explorer too.
It is probably happening because one of the several scripts failed to load on client system.
When alert moderator is clicked, jive UI shows a lightbox and embeds the alert moderator UI inside it.
If system is unable to act on link click event, webpage will simply redirect to clicked link, showing minimal UI.
