AIE Live Expert Sessions (Accelerated Innovation Enablement)

Hi Experts,

We are currently looking into EH6P functionality for ECC (we are on EHP4). In this regard I read about the SAP Service Accelerated Innovation Enablement.

Can anybody share his experience?

Secondly, I would like to know if this Service will be charged separately or if it is covered within the 22% Maint agreement of SAP Enterprise Support.

Accelerated Innovation Enablement (AIE) is an essential element of SAP Enterprise Support.

Currently SAP provides up to 5 remote person days per calendar year assistance and enablement per customer helping to evaluate the innovation capabilities of the latest SAP Enhancement Package.
