After sps and Kernel upgrade all workprocess in error

Dear Experts,

When I am going to monitor work process in ECC 6 Ehp6, All work process has been shown in error. After restart its clear but after some time its again in same condition. But all activity working fine. Please guide me.

Hello Rishi,

If yes then please stop again your SAP Instance and DB instance first.

Do cleanipc remove <Instance No>

Start DB

Start SAP

I hope your issue will resolve.

Hi ,

I am able to see in the log which you attached that there is a error called

"ORA-27101: shared memory realm does not exist"

chcek the oracle home set correctly or not

$ echo $ORACLE_HOME

$ echo $ ORACLE_SID

$ ps -ef | grep smon  --> Check any oracle process and kill the ipcrm ..etc..And also restrat the system and do the cleanipc.

when your restart the system have you executed the command cleanipc to clean shared memory.

Clean the shared memory.

This problem generally comes after Kernel upgrade. Did you do that ?

Also please provide the WP logs which are available in usr/sap/SID/DVEBGS00/Work.

Please provide -> Dev_disp , Dev_w0 and Dev_ms.
