Hi Edmund,

there are two different accounts attached to your email address. Thus, when providing your email address as login credential it will always pick the account you have been used last. A better way would be to use the actual UserID to login with. In case you do not remember any longer the two User IDs attached to your email address simply call accounts.sap.com and login with your email address. That will bring you to your SAP Cloud Identity profile which should also shown you the two accounts at the top of the profile.

Hi Edmund,

you should enter the P User ID for the forgot my password process, thus you can make sure that you will change the password for that account.

I use P to login, it don't know or forget the password, I click the reset password link.

It require me to input email.

After I receive the email from SAP, I change it. But it seems change the latest login password.

It is not work.
