Hi there,

I am with an SD support consulting for last one year . Now I want to increase my knowledge in other module as job market is looking extremely competitive compare to few years back in UK.

I am not sure which one , but short listed 3 of them i.e. CRM.. or BI ...or FI/CO.

Could you guys please share some thoughts and advice me in this.

Thanks in advance,

Thank you all for your input and advice.

Overall I am getting a heat from the local market, that BI+ CRM will give me more sustainable advantage in long run.

Thanks again.

We are eager to know your opinion/experience (of last 7 months)?... Still in SD or moved to CRM/BI/FI-CO?

Depending on your local market, CRM could be a good choice given that you claim to have an SD background.

Why not combine two out of the three and do CRM + BI, it definitely would make for some interesting work? I would focus on sales performance analytics. Given economic conditions, solutions that help increase the bottom line or improve the bottom line are going to be more in demand.

On the FICO side you might want to consider collections or dispute management or some of the other FSCM solutions that help with improving cash flow. The key point is to look at areas which will most current business impact.

Take care,

Stephen

MM or FICO would be the best option
