adobe forms vs website, which solution is better

Please tell me the pro and con of the following 2 solutions:

Adobe forms

asp.net call sap web service

Adobe forms are better when you need the offline access (no network access) or need the "ordinary" (not educated, not IT expert) people. The look and feel is like the form at the post office, something natural in everyone´s life.

Web development is better when you need to achieve flexibilty (navigation between multiple parts of the app/ tabs/ pages etc., flexibility to change appearance of the components or the layout freely).
