Accessing support documents

Hello,

I'm having a hard time accessing apps.support.sap.com. When I try to read the articles I get redirected to a login page, which seems to authenticate me (accounts.sap.com), but then I encounter a pop-up login window that says:

“https://apps.support.sap.com is requesting your username and password. The site says: “SAP NetWeaver Application Server [W71/001]”"

What is my login info for this?

Hi Krista

There is an explanation for this by SAP, can't remember where I read it though. For me, I use my previous password for SAP sites which brings up the popup.
