Hello,
I have a S-User and can log into the SCN, but I can't access the product Availability Matrix. I keep getting a login window when trying to reach it, and entering my login details don't work.
Is there a special role or authorization I should ask for, to be able to view the PAM?

Yes it might be,for thus you could execute Run authorization reports under Users & Authorizations at SMP and ask company Admin for required to assign on your S-user.
