abap for bi

hello, i posted this question yesterday ut don't know what happened. it is not in my questions any more. i am looking for someone to provide me some guidance to learn abap for BI purpose only. i found a book abap development for bw but don't know where to buy it from i can not find it any where. please help me.

Note that the ABAP Development for SAP BW book is aimed at people who already know how to develop in ABAP. It is not suitable for learning ABAP.

So, first learn the basics, then apply that to BI,

The following topics are required to be learnt in ABAP for our BI projects,

1. Subroutines

2. Function module

3. Internal Tables, Work area.

4. BAPI

5. BADI

6. Debuging simple abap programs

7. Object Oriented ABAP syntax -- This is equired as BI 7.0 supports only ABAP objects.

The book you are look for is a sap press release, i dont think you can find it online for download.
