Yield confirmation from ME required to be posted at S4/HANA for a serialised material.

Hi All

We are implementing ME 15.3 for one of our client. ME shall be integrated with SAP S4/HANA.

We have a scenario where the input material is serialized and output material(WIP/FG) is also serialized. We want the SFC ID to be posted in S4/HANA as a serial number of the output material.

Can anyone suggest with the required configuration?

Hi SD,

I think you can achieve this with RFC connection between MES & S4/HANA with intermediate Chanel as XI/PI. Kindly check with PI consultant for required mapping & FG serial number posting.

1. Create the serial number profile (OIS2 - Tcode) with MMSL - 03- Obligatory

2.Assign the serial number profile to the material

Standard ME, will post the GR with serial number as SFC number
