Do xRPM and xPD can have a standalone portal as cProjects? if no then why?

Hi Jatin ,
Xrpm and Xpd are not standlone portal.If you want to use xrpm and xpd , EP ( enterprize portal ) is must. For Xrpm URL is developed only through EP.
Cproject is a standlone portal, for that EP is not nesessary.
