I got job recently on xMII as a fresher but no trainer is hear for me so I want to see for some institute in hyderabad so can any body guide me.

Go through the SAP MII online help portal. I am sure you have access to Sandbox Environment in the company you got ur job into. Try Practising and creating test objects in the Sandbox Environment. You will get all the extra help and documents on SDN.
