Where can i find xMII Dynamic Graphics Editor?

Dynamic graphics are generated using SVG / SVA objects from library. Both these are text compatible files containing xml strings. You can edit them. You also can use 3rd party SVG editors to edit the objects.

The standlone editor from the 11.5 menu (Visualization category) has been built into the Workbench.as of version 12.0.
