Hello Fanie,
Make sure that the whole code line incuding the paragraph mark at the end of the line is formatted as bold.
Best,
Ralph

Hello Fanie ,
Did you copy and paste the Regulatory list ? Try to select the required Regulatory list form drop down and try to generate the report ... I hope this works .
Thanks

Dear Satya
i can not understand your proposal/feedback;
Normally: We have a maintenance process (in CG02) and we have a WWI process (which collect the data and generate the WWI report). How WWI reacts depends on WWI layout definition and not on how you use CG02.
May be explain a little bit you feedback. Thanks

Hello Christoph,
I saw real time scenario which was solved the issue by entering the Regulatory list again , this used to happened with long text and copy paste text in CG02 , I don't know the reason exactly , it depends upon the compatibility of word may be ..I'm not sure ..but I found this as work around .
Thanks
Satya
Dear Fanie
based on your new picture: i am not sure if i understand your concern
This is an interpretation from my side regarding the picture:
1.) you have a "header" in bold (BfR Recommendations on Food ...
2.) You have data not in bold
3:) then you have marked one line in yellow; interpretation on my side would be: you expect, that this should be "bold"?
if this interpretation is correct then this would be the "next" interpetation:
The text "BfR Recommendations..." is a phrase coming from a characteristic
The text "Following..." might be as well coming from a different characteristic
and the list of "texts" (liky Polyethylene...) is coming from a third characteristic
Coming back to your statement:
<13BNG005(*:01GZE9_ZE906(P;*/TL))><01GZE9_ZE906(P)[D:Regulatory Base]><13ENG005>
I would assume: this is the source of the "BfR Recommendations.." text
The "Swiss" text is coming from the same characteristic but in a different data record.
And you assume: This should be printed "bold.. Same for the "Annex I... " text printed as the next text
Does this fit your expectations?

Dear Christoph
I want all the phrase text maintained under regulation base to be in bold.
On the picture i uploaded you can see one regulation is bold and the one i highlighted in yellow is not bold
All this phrase text are maintained in one characteristic but i created a new value assignment for each phrase maintained
see the pictures attached and all highlighted phrases were supposed to be bold but the issue i am currently facing not all are coming out bold regardless of the symbol been bold in WWI template.
Hello Fanie Horn,
"Regulatory Base " will be always Single Value Characteristic, (are you trying to put multiple values in it ?)
But anyway i could see this is a customized symbol which you created,
I didn't understand what is the mean by some of the phrases are bold and some are not could you please explain a bit on this ,
Still you can try to put only this code in template in BOLD and check the output first with out blank compression,
<01GZE9_ZE906(P)[D:Regulatory Base]>
if it work , then try to put the blank compression and see.
If you are beginner in WWI, please go through the links, it will be helpful.

Dear Satyanarayana Reddy
Under Regulatory base; I create a new value assignment and maintain phrases so that the output phrase text can be bold.
On the below below the text highlighted in yellow was supposed to be bold but the output is not bold the text in bold is maintained in same characteristic as the text highlighted in yellow which was supposed to be hold
Hello Fanie,
This is to try and error method need to apply, It is difficult to suggest without seeing the output, But below are some steps you can do:
1] Try to reinsert the symbol in normal format, Then make it bold
2] Try to make Bold only Symbol, Not the Blank Compression
Try the below method:
<13BNG005(*:01GZE9_ZE906(P;*/TL))>
<01GZE9_ZE906(P)[D:Regulatory Base]>
<13ENG005>
Let me know if this work!
Thanks
Idrees
