Hi all, if I am starting the WWI-Services on our fresh setup Windows 2022 Server with Office 2021 LTSC installed, the starting of EHS-Management-Server and EHS Expert is done fast, whereas the Services with are using MS-Word for generation and preview are staring very slowly. This was not the case in the old environment with WWI SP46 and previous MS-Word version.
To Compare:
Before: Approx 10 seconds for the WWI-Services to start and
Afterwards: approx 4 minutes
After that the connection is still available - checking SMGW and report generation is possible, but the duration is still weak - approx 25 seconds with the new software, approx 5 seconds with the former software versions.
The note 2350994 - EH&S WWI: Poor performance with Microsoft Office - SAP for Me was considered and checked - the telemetry data are set accordingly, but still. Please note, that the Windows Servers do not have any connectivity to internet as per given architecutre design.
Kindly ask for any support to ensure to get rid of the problem, as with this the new software versions are not usable.
