WWI Server error

Hi

We are facing the trouble in WWI server report.

Report got stuck in CG5Z.

We delete the incorrect entries and again Activate the server. But we frequently get this problem.

If We check the error log in WWI server tell us

Job Started

Step 001 started (program RC1 WWIWP, Variant , user ...)

Error on WWII SV001 . Generate file not found

Report generation logging not found

Job finished

Please advice what is the problem here.

Hi Sunil,

This error message may be caused by many different factors.

1) Check whether a process WinWord.Exe hangs on the WWI server.

Terminate this in the task manager on the WWI server.

2) Check the printer configuration on the WWI server.

3) Check the macro security in Microsoft Word.

4) Check report templates if there any table nesting errors.
