Hello

Just check if you have assigned WWI path under user templates under Advanced settings option for Microsoft Windows.

Under Advanced----

> File Locations -

> User Templates -

> value should be "C:\Program Files\SAP\FrontEnd\SAPgui\wwi"

Thanks and Regards

Hello Chandra

If it is Office 2003, then navigate through tool -Check your MS Office Settings for displaying hidden text and uncheck those hidden text displaying options

Hai

To avoid ASCII or DOT characters in MS-Word after setting wwwilay.dot in File Locations, we have to Uncheck Spaces and Paragraph marks in Tools --> Options --> View --> Formating Marks..

Regards

Chandra
