WWi report showing comma as thousand separation in numeric value after upgration

comma separation is comming as thousand separation in numeric value of the specification number after upgrade . How to eliminate this ??

Check SAP Note 1939941. This note should help you with the issue.

Also ensure to perform all the manual activities described in the Note.
