WWI report displaying "phrase does not exist"

Here in the specification, In WWI report generation this is not being displayed .

What would be the reason?

answer is quite simple: if this is true "characteristic N is a free text accepting numbers and characters."

you can not use a "phrase based report symbol" to show the data therein (but you are using that kind of report symbol in your WWI layout) . You need so use a different report symbol. And then you need to correct as well the "start" of the main group
