WWI Print Preview is not generating

I am working on WWI , However I am unable to generate print preview in following TCODE - CBGL_MP01

Dear mayank,

Check if the synchronous server RFC is maintained properly in TCP/IP connections and test it if it is working fine. Else check with basis team .

You need to make sure that your Synchronal WWI Sever is up and running.

Please check the EH&S Customizing on how to set up a synchronal WWI Server and how to customize it correctly....

you will find a lot of links to other threads regarding WWI setup (and you are not the first who has problem preparing WWI set up).
