Hi All,

We have upgraded EHS system. But we are facing below issue:

1. When we create a report in CG50 it shows first as Gen.Poss and then as "System Error"

2. In CG5z it gives the JOB status as "incorrect"

Is any body is having any idea why this is happening as Generation Server is maintained correctly.

Thanks

Sachin

Hello Sachin,

In cg5z, double click on the entry with job status as Incorrect. This will display the job log. Here the cause of the error will be displayed.

Now see the SAP note: 1058521. This SAP note has listed possible errors with WWI and its solution. Search for the error you are getting in CG5Z in this note and you will find the possible solution.

Regards,

Niraj

Note: Once you correct your error, then delete the entries with incorrect status from CG5Z and re-activate the WWI server and refresh your reports in cg50. The GP status should go now.

Thanks Niraj,

I had checked this but most of the things are not relevant. Do we need to restart the WWI server? how?

regards,

Sachin

Hi Sachin,

As soon as you delete the Incorrect entry from cg5z, and click on refresh, traffic light in WWI active server box turns red. This means your WWi server is Inactive. To make it active, in Utilities menu you select Activate server, with this, the traffic light again sets to green, indicating the WWI server is active.

Please check the WWIstart service in your WWI server. If that is running then it means your WWI server is up and running and no need to restart it.

Send me the screen shot of the job log for the incorrect entry in cg5z, I can check and may be helpful to you.

Regards,

Niraj
