WWI Gentration server gray in ABAP Side

Hello Experts,

we have install the EHS expert and WWI but over the ABAP side WWI Genration server is gray out.

so please guide how to enable.

Can you brief your query , Grey out in the sense ? WWI services stopped working ? Did you check in CGSADM ?

Could you provide screenshots please.

Please review the WWI Cookbook available via SAP Note 1394553.

Please check OSS Note 839750 - EH&S: Tips and tricks for service administration if you have an issues with the EHS Management Server or transaction CGSADM.

Please provide more details on the errors you get on the WWI Server itself.
