Dear Experts,
Following scenario:
After completing a SFC (Discrete Manufacturing) / confirming the SFC-Quantity, the Delivered Quantity has not been posted in the "Manage Orders App / SFCs". Furthermore, the Status of the SFC = "in Queue", even though the SFC is not longer available for Production:
However, the Delivered Quantity (Progress = Complete) can be observed in "Manage Orders App / Order Schedule":
Material Settings:
- Increment Batch Number = per Order
Routing Settings:
- Relaxed Flow = YES
Moreover, the Quantity was posted back in ERP and marked as "Delivered".
Does anyone know why the SFC couldn't verify the completion of the entire Quantity? Could it be related to "Relaxed Flow = YES" and "Material Batch Number = per Order"?
Are there any Restrictions for Relaxed Flow or any additional Settings that need to be configured?
Many thanks!
Best regards,
Bogdan

Hello Bogdan,
Have you used Order POD? Relaxed Flow is only supported in PODs of Order type.
I suggest you review Routings with a Relaxed Flow Usage Considerations and other implications at https://help.sap.com/docs/sap-digital-manufacturing/execution/routings-with-relaxed-flow
You can also check this blog post I wrote, on executing Production Orders in Order POD if that's your requirement.
