Writing to a shared folder from XMII 12.2.5

Dear Experts,

I have a requirement where I need to save a file to a shared network drive from the XMII transaction.

When I try to write to a network location it tries to find this location on the MII server.

My shared location is not on MII server but a separate network location. So the save fails.

Has anyone come across such requirement and has any clues what to be done and what settings might be needed?

Any pointers would be highly appreciated.

Hello Saumya,

   When you pass the network URL to the Write_file action block, what error message do you get?

If it's an authorization issue, try adding SAP<ServerInstance Id> example. SAPN76 to the shared folder its trying to access. Give it write permissions.
