Write File Priviledges to MII Worbench

Hi,

I have created a transaction that saves a csv to a web folder of a project in the MII workbench. When I test it as a XMII_Developer it works fine. However, When testing with the the tester roles available to me it does not allow me to write the file to the workbench. The user I have is part of a group which has certain roles and these roles have certain actions. I have given one of these roles the following actions: XMII_FileSystem_RW, XMII_FileSystem_R,XMII_FileSystemBrowser. Saw a post about adding XMII_Workbench_Content. I will try that as well.

Also, What is the best place to save this file? And do I need to restart the Netweaver server everytime I add a new action to a role?

Action XMII_Workbench_Content should work for write permission.

You can save under WEB.

Regarding restart, you dont need a restart if you assign new action to a role.

Hi Rao,

Where can I see this Action XMII_Workbench_Content?  Earlier I thought it is a role which we need to assign to user.
