Dear Team,
We are working on Incident management where we do not use Absence data and we will be using Managed Work hours app for adding the work time data.
So we need to understand the working of those apps with respect to Incident rate as we may customize the apps based on FTE calculations W.R.T Incident types( Requirement from our client).
