Workflow - UWL - PPM 5.0

To achieve sending emails to users on certain events in RPM 4.5 we did custom development in ABAP. And some development in Portal for user to click on link to come to the specific RPM item.

There is other way of using UWL too I guess to achieve tasks,emails and item hyperlinks. But we did not go that route.

In 5.0, since it is based on NWBC, can UWL be used for event based task routed to task list on Portal?

I am not sure if this has gone away or still present since JAVA business package is not present anymore.

Hi ,

You can use POWL as well for navigation,notifications and worklist as well. As it provides OBN ,navigation is easy in POWL .
