Work order Costs - Quantity wrong by factor 60

Hi EAM Experts,

on a customer system I have the following situation.

I insert an operation with 10 Hours estimated work:

Activity type is maintained, 1 Hour = 62 Euro

In the planned costs I now see planned costs as 0,167 € and not what I would expect 620 Euro / 10 Hours x 62 Euro/Hour. As you can see, when I confirm 10 Hours the Actual Cost are calculated correctly:

Any ideas on this behaviour or what could cause this ?
