Work Order Confirmation and TECO

Hi, currently my company do not utilize the confirmation process for work orders. We have a separate system.

is there a solution to completion both a confirmation (input hrs etc) and TECO the work order at the same time? In addition to this it would need to have a facility to add long text for them to add reports on the work completed.
