Work Instruction not opening in the POD

Hi,

Greetings,

1. i have configured the work instruction > Attached to routing > available in the order

2. when i see the Work center pod i am able to see the work instruction list, but when i want to see the content - i am not able to view them - My expectation was that if i click the work instruction it will open in new window.

Any missing items/ configuration/ master data here ??

Hi Satheeshkumar,

Please review the design for the DEFAULT_OPERATION_POD, Activities page, in DM for examples of how to be able to click on a Work Instruction list item and have it display the Work Instruction.

Hi,

If you see Work Instructions in Work Instruction List plugin but they don't load when you click it, double check if you assigned an Action Button with Work Instruction Viewer plugin assigned to Work Instruction List plugin at Work Instruction List Action Button ID configuration. See example below or refer to existing default PODs for reference.
