Hi Experts,
Please I have a question I'm not sure When the planner checks the capacity load of a work center, which data of the order is used?
1-Duration of the activity
2- Scheduled start
3- Basic start
4- Amount of work
Thank you,
Regards,

Hello Peter:
Capacity load transactions (like CM01) takes into account:
2- Early start of the operation: to determine the week were the order is considered in the load
4- Amount of work: to compare against the capacity of your work center
Hope this helps with your inquiry.
Have a nice day,
Jimena

I would expect that the load reports look at the "WORK" field, and the planning tables look at the "DURATION" field in the operation.
They would then also use the operation start and/or end date.
Other factors come into play with scheduling such as factory calendars, order config, work centre values, etc.
There is an old OSS Note that explains how schduling works, and hence how these work centre reports get their data.

Mika,
It depends on which transaction you are using??
