Work area creation issue CBIH02

I m trying to create a new work area. Entered all the parameters in initial screen and when I hit enter get the error.

You have not specified an object key

Message no. D9364

I went thru this thread and did all the settings like exits, snro etc. but no success

ONLY difference wrt this thread is I am getting error while creating in the opening screen itself. It is not going to next screen.

HI BNR,

Unfortunately I haven't seen much information related to message no. D9364.

and these kind of issues are not reproducable in other systems.

check the sap notes - 1333684, 1042993

cross check the customizing settings with the above notes. may helpful.
