Why KOAR settlement is included in RPSCO table, but KOAO & KOAL are not?

Please could somewhone help me to understand:

- Why KOAR settlement is included in RPSCO table, but KOAO & KOAL are not?

Also, is there somewhere some description/documentation available on what is in principle included into RPSCO Table & wahts is not?

this is all explain in note 51971

in short ..

settling from outside a project hierarchy to an element within the project hierarchy,

cost reporting for the project will therefore not show these settlement value.
