While updating parallel sequence Getting error

I am updating parallel sequence using '::TPSAP::ROUTING::changeRouting' this BAPI through filling required ::SAPDAT .

But getting error like "Some of the selected opers. are branch or return operations for sequences in SAP"

how to resolve this error?
