What is the use of hazard decomposition rule and how can we define whether we need this or not ?

Does anyone has experience running Hazard Decomposition rule ?

not sure about your question. A "simple" answer might be: you handle "REAL_SUB". You maintain data in property tree. Now you use the "rule". After you have used the rule you can decide: is there a "Hazard" yes / no and whcih kind of hazard does exists. If no Hazard exists I would assume that ruleset is providing phrase as: "No hazard found". Only by using this approach you couild "print" something if needed in MSDS/SDS.
