What is the 'Export Protection'?

Hi,

When I saved an RH file with 'Disable measurement' setting,

RH Export warning window was appeared.

There have been written about 'export protection'.

What is this? Is it different from 'File Protection' in  the setting?

Hi Kyouko,

Export protection flag disables further ability to re-save file.

In case this flag not set, any user can open file with  'Disable measurement' setting in VE Author.

And then save again with 'Disable measurement' setting switched to Off.

Open it again and start measuring.

So it makes sense to set both flags at once.

I understand that Export protection is working to the protection of file to be more robust.

How can I set Export protection?

Please use Export setting: File Protection: Read-only
