What do the flags in transaction CC01 mean?

Please, I would like to understand what the flags of the "object types" screen of transaction CC01 do. In the documentation in Portuguese it is said that they control the management records. But what would these management records be? I am completely untrained in this.

the "object management record" is a relation between the object itself, e.g. Document Info Record or Material and the change number. See also here for more details.
