Waste Management for S4 HANA. Confirm quantity on Waste transfer Request

Dear experts, recently we have updated the system to S/4 HANA 2023 FPS01 + S4CORE 108 02.

Before updating,  the field "Confirm quantity" on the app Waste transfer Request was editable.

The problem we had at that time was that the value was not saved and disappeared when we pressed Save.

After upgrading,  the field is not editable any more.

Any hint about how this value is set?
