Waste Generation Error

Hi experts ,

When am creating the Waste Generation i got the bellow screen shot error.

where am doing mistake pls help me.

Anyways, to answer your question,

I am sure You must be getting this error message,

Message no. EHS_WA043.

What approval type are you using..? (0001 / 0005 / 0010).

You need to carry out this IMG activity,

Environment, Health and Safety->Waste Management->Master Data->Specify Waste Approval Types

In the dialog structure, you will see

"Waste Codes per waste Approval Type" & "Disposal Document Types per waste Approval"

For your approval type (0001 / 0005 / 0010), maintain the Waste Catalog and disposal document Types for the above said entries.

(Eg)Here maintain your Waste Catalog, "EWC"

Hi Suresh,

Apart must exist an specification of type wastecode with the following IDs.

WASTECOCAT: EWC - European Waste Catalog

WASTECODES: 12345

Dear Suresh

In SPRO (IMG activity) .... Specify waste approvals type : To the Waste approval type 1(Waste approval)  the waste catalogue ..'European waste catalogue is assigned to and the permissible number of waste codes has been set to 5(Here u can decide the number i was mentioned 5 as example). Both are done under Waste Codes per Waste Approval Type.
