WAE02 pushbuttons not able to see

Dear Expert,

I am not able to see the functions as pushbuttons in the disposal processing entry document WAE02.

Functions for application tool bar like 1.Post, 2. Split Document, 3. Post change 4. Transfer location 5. Clear, 6.Purchase Order, and 7.cancel material document

As per standard function mudules and assigned to the respective required functions (POST, CLEAR etc) in the disposal processing in SPRO, but still I am not able to see the functions as pushbuttons in the disposal processing entry document WAE02.

Looking for an immediate solution.

Can you check it su53 transaction  code i think some authorizations is missing can you attach tha screen shot .

Hello Julia, you need to check the next authorization object with your administrator.

Definition

You use the authorization object C_EHSW_EAF (Waste Management - disposal processing function) to control which functions will be available to you in disposal processing, depending on the entry document category. If a user does not have authorization for a function, the system does not display the pushbutton for this function in the application toolbar and the function does not appear in the function list.

The system checks for authorization when building the disposal processing screen. It also checks the settings in Customizing for Waste Management, in other words, if you have deactivated a function here, this function will also be hidden for the users who have authorization for this function via this authorization object.

Defined fields

The following tables contain the authorization object fields with the corresponding values:

Fields	Possible Values
Document Category	You have defined the values in the Specify Document Categories IMG activity.
Function	You have defined the values in the Specify Functions IMG activity.

Have you made in Waste management-> Disposal processing -> Basic settings for Disposal processing the following activities?

• Specify functions
• Specify document categories

HI Emma,

These issues pops up, when you are using Below EH&S 3.2 (PLM 2.0).

there are some notes released by SAP.

find the Note No.s - 850518 & 967013
